Bullying Prevention and Civility Programs

The Road to Success (RTS) Bullying Prevention and Civility Programs strive to help others recognize and combat bullying and promote a culture of civility. Whether you work with young children, middle and high school students or adults in the workplace, RTS provides Bullying Prevention and Civility Programs for all age groups.

We have all encountered bullying and incivility. Anyone can be bullied for who they are, how they look, or how they act. Whether a bully, observer or bullying victim, participants in these programs will have the opportunity to see that they can make an impact and have a positive role in bullying situations.

Our Programs are based on research conducted in the fields of bullying and civility.The core concepts of each of these programs include: 

  • To promote a foundation of self awareness
  • To build on individual strengths
  • To incorporate social skills for the purpose of motivating civility
  • To foster a culture of respect and acceptance of others

This thirty-two page workbook targeted to elementary school-aged children and the accompanying Teacher’s Guide include twenty activities covering the four areas of Self Awareness, Bullying, Communicating with Empathy and Civility. Bullying Prevention and Civility Program for Middle and High School Students
This program includes a thirty-one page workbook and a seventeen page guided journal for student use as well as the Leader’s Guide. The twenty-one activities are divided into four modules: Self Awareness, Bullying, Communicating with Empathy and Civility. Activities are both interactive and reflective. The fourteen activities of the Guided Journal provide a unique experience for the student to reflect on his/her own beliefs 5 Teensand actions. Workplace Bullying and the Civility Solution
This Program is divided into two sessions: Recognizing and Confronting Bullying in the Workplace and Overcoming Workplace Bullying Through Civility. Each session is designed to last from 60-90 minutes and includes discussion and group acivities.
